1 bag of brussels sprout (14 ounces)
1/4 cup of walnut
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 sprays of coconut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps to Make it:
Sauté the garlic for 1 minute
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Sauté for about 15-20 minutes until the brussels sprouts are softer.
Serve it with a side of rice and your favorite protein.
