Brussels sprout with walnuts

  • 1 bag of brussels sprout (14 ounces)

  • 1/4 cup of walnut

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1-2 sprays of coconut oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps to Make it:

  1. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Sauté for about 15-20 minutes until the brussels sprouts are softer.

  4. Serve it with a side of rice and your favorite protein.
