Go Deeper to Eliminate the Real Cause of Your Symptoms

As a licensed physical therapist, Ana knows that a greater understanding of your body can take your healing to the next level.

The key is building your body awareness and igniting your healing abilities.

This service can also include:

Soft Tissue Massage

Pilates and Therapeutic Exercises

If you suffer from significant physical distress, you might have discovered that many physical therapists approach the issue by addressing the symptoms only. However, if you identify and get rid of the root cause of your problems, you can improve outcomes and achieve lasting results.

  • Relieve chronic aches and pains in joints and muscles

  • Rehab successfully before and after a surgical procedure

  • Dramatically improve your walking, posture, and balance

  • Recover significantly from brain and nerve disorders

  • Set the stage for less pain and greater health in the future

Many Physical Therapists offer a “cookie-cutter” approach, seeing you only at the start of a session and then sending you off with their assistants. Ana offers a personalized, one-on-one approach in a private and relaxed setting focusing on the whole body to ensure maximum results.

" Thanks to Ana, I have been able to avoid surgery and begin to increase the amount of exercise my knees can tolerate. My daughter is walking better than she has in years. We are greatly indebted to Ana for her excellent care!" N.H. - Culver City, CA

" I am an ultramarathon trail runner, and Ana has helped me learn how to release certain muscles that were tight and uncomfortable for a long time! I noticed immediately how much easier and faster I could run! She also noticed some postural issues I've had and not known how to deal with, and she showed me some exercises to address them. I look forward to continuing to work with Ana, and having her on my team as I continue my trail running!" D.S. Los Angeles- CA

" Today's session was incredible.  Ana asked all the right questions to get to the root of my problem pretty quickly. She is very thorough and has strong yet soothing hands. She combines western and eastern philosophy and channels a very calm and soothing energy. She is specific about the diagnosis and tells you what her plan is to bring you back to health. Ana is very knowledgeable, intuitive, and gentle, all great traits for a physical therapist. I had a really painful muscle spasm and she gave me so much relief just after one visit. I highly recommend Ana's magic hands."  M.S. - Venice, CA

" I don't go to doctors.... Ana is sooo good, I mean I came to her after visiting a UCLA doctor for hip and knee pain, he recommended me to visit a physical therapist since he could not help me. Ana has helped me with my pain and body awareness, how I sit and walk. She has given me exercises. She is a healer, knowledgeable, great techniques with her hands. I have an inside joke with her, I call her a witch lol! Meaning she does magic with her healing hands. I highly recommend her to ANYONE with any pain to visit her and witness their body heal. She is just soooooo lovely."  K. S. Santa Monica, CA

" Ana is a very positive and skilled physical therapist. She puts me at ease and talks me through everything she is doing. I like the way she explains the hows and whys. I recently fell and twisted my ankle, and I'm already feeling the results of her therapy techniques. Plus she gives me hope that I will be back on my feet, with no pain sooner than I had expected. I've also done a coaching session with her. Her kind and positive approach will not let you down." J.P. Los Angeles, CA
