After healing holistically from cancer, she committed her life to building a self-healing movement. She has written a best-selling book, "Ignite Your Inner Healer". She is an international speaker and has been featured on NBC, "A Teaspoon of Healing" podcast, the Annual NC Lupus Summit, as well as many other media outlets. She hosts monthly workshops in her "Be Healthy Academy", a holistic health mastery program.​​
