Fall Salad (Red, Yellow and Orange)

I am inspired by the colors of the leaves.

The leaves started to change colors and it is so beautiful ❤❤ Some leaves are red, others orange and others yellow. 🍁🍂🍃

I love the fall colors. Don't you?


I created this quick and healthy salad to celebrate the Fall colors.

Ingredients:


  • Eggs (Boiled)

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red and Yellow peppers

  • Shred Carrots

  • Sliced strawberries

  • Spinach

Preparation:

  1. Chop all ingredients.

  2. Seasoning with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  3. Mix all together.


Enjoy it 😊😋
