Pilates-based Physical Therapy encourages you to take an active role in your recovery. As an active participant, your benefits will be maximized and your healing time shortened. As you learn to listen to your body more attentively, future injury can also be prevented. Pilates-based physical therapy has been used to successfully treat disorders such as scoliosis, sciatica, overuse injuries, tendonitis, headaches and neck pain, repetitive stress disorders, foot and ankle pain, postural issues, pelvic and spinal instability.

Cupping

Cupping targets soft tissue with pressure applied to pain points and areas of swelling. This helps to increase blood flow and give the tissues important nutrients and oxygen. It helps to release tissues deep within the body, relax tense muscles and ease stiffness that’s often associated with neck and back pain, migraines and rheumatism. Cupping also allows energy to flow along the meridians, or channels, which pass through the injury.
