Membership Policy

You’re protected by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with our Academy, I want to give you your money back. If after completing Stage 1, you decide that the program isn’t for you, email me at any time during the first 14 days and I’ll immediately send you a prompt and courteous refund. We will cancel your membership, remove you from our private group, and suspend payment processing.

Membership plans are offered on an ongoing basis. To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will be set to auto-renew. So, if you do decide to cancel, obviously I'll be very sad, but if you're intent on leaving, then you can contact me 7 days prior to your renewal date. I will cancel your membership, remove you from our private group, and suspend future payment processing.

You agree to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card account for payment processing. If any payment due from you is not honored, you will be notified that your Membership has been terminated due to non-payment. You can reinstate your Membership by providing updated debit or credit card account information for processing.

No guarantees are offered. We paint a picture of possibility, as we know that our clients who embrace the work will see results.

The client agrees not to share, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Program (including course materials), use of the Program, or access to the Program. This agreement is not transferable or assignable without the Company’s prior written consent.

Online Course Return Policy

You’re protected by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with our course, I want to give you your money back. If after completing Module 1, you decide that the program isn’t for you, email me at any time during the first 7 days and I’ll immediately send you a prompt and courteous refund.

The client accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/his progress and results from the program. Because there’s so much material you’ll be downloading on day one that it can’t be ‘un-see’, we request that you try the courses before request your money back.

There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

a. you have changed your mind;

b. you bought purchased content by mistake;

c. you didn't have time to start the program

Be Healthy, LLC reserves the right and has the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of our return policy. Be Healthy, LLC reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for products (when necessary). Please note that refunds will not include any processing fees.

Live Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have 24 hours from the time of payment to cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours from payment will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher for the original amount paid (less any applicable fees). Program Vouchers may be applied toward any future events and are valid for up to 12 months from the time of issue. Some restrictions apply.

If you leave the event early for any reason no refunds or Program Vouchers will be issued.

Client consents to his/her name, voice, and likeness being used by Company for future lecture, teaching, and marketing materials, and further other goods/services provided by Company, without compensation to the Client.
